摘要
本文系统地总结了20多年来,胜利炼油厂加工高硫原油的设备腐蚀与防腐经验.通过对设备腐蚀情况的观测和调查,逐步掌握了设备腐蚀部位、腐蚀速率、腐蚀形态及规律,并采取了相应的防护措施,基本上解决了设备的腐蚀问题,保证了设备的长周期安全运行.随着高硫原油产量逐年递增,加工高硫原油的炼油厂亦在不断增多,本文介绍的设备防腐经验可供其它炼油厂借鉴.
The corrosion to equipment during the processing of high sulfur crude oil and the experience in anti-corrosion works in Qilu Refinery during the last two decades are systematically summarized.The locations,rates,patterns and rules of corrosion were gradually known by surveying and investigation of the corrosion to various equipments.The corrosion problem was solved with relevant protection measures and thus extended safe operation of equipments was achieved.With more and more high sulfur crude oil being processed in varians refineries,the experience in anti-corrosion of Qilu Refinery would be helpful to those retineries.
