一氧化氮辅助鼻塞持续气道正压通气治疗早产儿肺发育不良一例

摘要 患儿男，第2胎第1产，胎龄30^＋5周，2008年9月因母“子痢前期（重度），胎儿窘迫”剖宫产娩出，Apgar评分1min2分，5min和10min均7分，出生体重830g，羊水Ⅱ度污染。以“早产儿，超低出生体重儿，重度窒息”收入院。患儿入院后予暖箱保暖，禁食补液，气管内应用肺表面活性物质（固尔苏，120mg），
