本文介绍的5W/30QE级汽油机油,系以中性油与双酯为基础油,添加少量降凝剂、粘度指数改进剂、清净分散剂、抗氧抗腐蚀剂等复合而成.用模拟试验和CRC L-38轴瓦腐蚀、ⅡD、ⅢD、ⅤD评定的结果表明,它性能符合QE级汽油机油规格,与SAE J183SE级油质量相当.

The 5W/30 grads gasolin engine oil service QE described in this article was formulated with neutral oil and diesters as base and small quantities of pour point depressant,viscosity index improver,detergent/dispersant,antioxidant-corrosion additive,etc.The formulated oil was evaluated by simulation test and CRC L-38 bearing corrosion and sequence ⅡD,ⅢD,ⅤD.The results indicated that the formulated oil meet the specification requirement.Its quality and performance are equivalent to those of SAE J183 SE.
