采用手算和PKPM计算两种方式对某砖混结构教学楼进行抗震验算,并对手算与PKPM计算结果作了比较分析,得出手算与PKPM计算结果不同的原因,阐明了两种方法各自的优缺点,以确保计算结果的准确性。

This paper carries on seismic checking for a teaching building with brick-concrete structure by using hand computation and PKPM computation two methods, and compares and analyzes the result of hand computation and PKPM computation, and then obtains the reasons for different results of hand computation and PKPM computation, finally illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of two methods, so as to ensure the accuracy of the computation result.
