摘要
本文分析了引进的间甲酚装置能源消耗和余热排弃情况.并对进一步利用余热、降低能耗提出了具体的回收利用方案,使装置用电降低1/3、综合能耗下降22.2%,而且改善了环境、节约用水,工程投资回收不到一年.
The energy consumption and the emission of exhaust heat of an imported m-cresol unit are investigated.Schemes for the recovery and utilization of the exhaust heat and for the reduction of energy consumption are proposed.One of the schemes,when put into effect,will reduce the electricity requirement by one-third and the total energy consumption by 22.2% with a pay off time less than one year.
