针对房地产开发企业在工程管理的各个环节需要注意和重视的问题进行了分析,并提出了有效的管理措施,以达到房地产开发企业的建筑项目以最小的成本获得最高质量的目标。
The paper analyzes the precautions and important issues in the all steps of the engineering management of the real-estate developing enterprises, and points out the effective management measures, so as to achieve the best quality with minimum costs in the architectural programs of the real-estate developing enterprises.
