The paper introduces the intonation of the program management for the architectural projects and engineering budget, illustrates the role of the engineering budget in the program management, analyzes the problems of the engineering budget in program management, and points out the strategies to improve the control and management in the process of the engineering budget, so as to ensure the accuracy of the engineering costs.
