Framework Analysis on Websites Performance Evaluation Management in Anhui Government

本文在近三年安徽省政府网站绩效评估工作经验总结的基础上,归纳构建了一个基于第三方评估机制的政府网站绩效评估管理框架。该框架进行了深入、细致的描述,并指出该框架在实践中的不足。

In this paper,a government websites＇ performance evaluation management framework,based on the third-party evaluation mechanism,is summarized and constructed on the last three-year research experience basis of the Anhui＇s government case.The framework gives some in-depth descriptions in the key links of the concept implementation of the pre-assessment,the evaluation quality control of the mid-assessment and the services,communications and guidance involved in the post-assessment,and at last,some shortages of it are also pointed out in practice.
