摘要
本文在实证调研和前人相关研究的基础上,对影响政府部门间信息共享的因素进行分层研究,探讨机构因素和领导个人因素之间关系的嵌套影响作用。在建立了相应的理论框架和假设之后,根据调查数据进行统计检验,得出结论:政府部门政策越完善,认识因素对信息共享动力的影响作用越强烈;政府部门规模越大、政府部门电子化建设水平越高,信任因素对信息共享动力的影响作用越强烈。
On the basis of empirical interviews and the review of related researches,this paper implements the stratified study on the factors which influence the information-sharing among government departments to explore the nesting influencing effects of organizational and personal factors.After setting up a theoretical framework and assumptions,and using the data collected to test the statistical model,several conclusions are pointed out： perfect policy strengthens the influencing effects of understanding factors on the information-sharing.Also,the government＇s large scale and high level of E-building strengthens the influencing effects of trust factors on the information-sharing.
