青海省海南藏族自治州临床核医学放射工作人员外照射剂量

External Irradiation Dose of Clinical Radiation Workers of Nuclear Medicine in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qianghai Province

目的了解海南州部分医院放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平和卫生防护现状,为做好放射工作人员健康监护提供信息。方法采用热释光测量法,对剂量监测结果进行列表分析。结果放射工作人员个人剂量符合国家标准。2007—2009年对海南州、县两级66人次放射工作人员进行了外照射受照剂量监测。集体剂量当量148.99(man·mSv),人均年剂量当量1.02(mSv/a),人均年剂当量水平呈下降趋势,放射工作人员个人剂量符合国家标准。结论应将临床核医学放射工作人员列为放射性健康监护的重点人群,强化放射工作人员自我保护意识,提高个人监测率。

[ Objective] To know the individual dose of external irradiation and health protection status among radiation workers in some hospitals of Hainan prefecture, provide the information for health surveillance among radiation workers. [ Methods ] With thermoluminescence measurement, list analysis was performed on dose monitoring results. [ Results ] The individual dose of radiation workers accorded with the national standards. During 2007 - 2009, monitoring for exposure doses of external irradiation was performed on 66 person times of radiation workers who came from prefecture and country level medical institutions. The collective dose equivalent was 148.99 （ man · mSv）. The per capita annual dose equivalent was 1.02 （ mSv/a）, which showed a downward trend. The individual dose of radiation workers accorded with the national standards. [ Conclusion ] The clinical radiation workers of nuclear medicine should be regarded as the key population of health surveillance for radiation. Meanwhile, self-protection consciousness of radiation workers should be strengthened, and the individual monitoring rates should be improved.
