摘要
目的了解2006—2009年北京市昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核病检出情况。方法收集2006—2009年间昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员健康检查资料,进行统计学分析(χ2检验)。结果 4年间昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.002%、0.042%、0.153%、0.124%)呈逐年上升趋(χ2=133.82,P<0.01);该地从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.000%、0.044%、0.155%、0.048%)与外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.002%、0.041%、0.152%、0.149%)均随年度增长则呈上升趋势(χ2本地=39.86,P<0.01;χ2外埠=107.29,P<0.01);该地从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.066%)低于外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.091%)(χ2=4.50,P<0.05)。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,应加强食品及公共场所行业从业人员每年一次的健康检查工作,并重点做好外埠从业人员肺结核病宣教工作,确保早期及时发现肺结核病人,防止结核病的传播。
[ Objective ] To understand the detection status of active pulmonary tuberculosis among food and public places employees of Changping District during 2006 - 2009. [ Methods] Health examination data of food and public places employees were collected for statistical analysis ( X2 test). [Results] The detection rate of active pulmanary tuberculosis among food and public places employees in 4 years (0.002% , 0.042% , 0. 153%, 0. 124% ) showed upward tendency year by year ( Х^2 = 133.82,P 〈0.01 ). The detection rates of local employees (0.000%, 0.044%, 0. 155%, 0. 048% ) and employees of other places (0.002% ,0.041% ,0. 152%, 0. 149% ) both increased 2 = 39.86, P〈0 . 01 ; Х^2employees of other places = 107. 29, P 〈 0 01 ). The detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis among local employees (0. 066% ) was lower than that among employees of other places (0.091%) ( Х^2 = 4.50, P 〈 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] In order to ensure public health security in Changping District, it is necessary to strengthen the annual health examination among food and public places employees, and focus on the health education about pulmonary tuberculosis among employees of other places to ensure timely detection of tuberculosis patients early to prevent the spread of pulmonary tu- berculosis.
