沈阳市和平区2004—2009年梅毒流行趋势分析

Analysis of Epidemic Trend of Syphilis in Heping District of Shenyang City from 2004 to 2009

目的掌握沈阳市和平区梅毒发病强度和流行趋势,为制定梅毒防制规划提供准确依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法分析该区梅毒相关疫情数据。结果 2004—2009年沈阳市和平区梅毒年均发病率为38.53/10万,各年度发病率差异有统计学意义;季节高峰不明显;男女性别比为1.22∶1,男女梅毒发病率差异有统计学意义;职业分布中家务及待业占33.16%;20～49岁年龄组占66.11%。结论加强卫生宣传和健康教育,提高人群防范意识和防范水平,实施综合干预措施,最大限度降低梅毒传播的危险因素。

[ Objective] To understand the morbidity intensity and infection trend of syphilis in Heping Distict of Shenyang City, and provide accurate basis for making prevention and control plan of syphilis. [ Methods] Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the related epidemic data of syphilis. [ Results ] During 2004 - 2009, the average annual incidence of syphilis was 38.53/100 000, the difference of incidence between years was significant; the seasonal peak was not obvious; the sex ratio of male to female was 1.22 ： 1, the difference was significant; in the occupation distribution, people conducting housework and waiting for jobs accounted for 33.16% ; patients aged 20 ~49 years accounted for 66.1i%. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the hygienic propaganda and the health education, to enhance prevention awareness and levels among population to against syphilis, and to implement comprehensive intervention, so as to uhimately reduces the risk factors for syphilis spread.
