泗洪县地氟病控制现状调查

Investigation on Control Situation of Endemic Fluorosis in Sihong County

摘要 目的了解泗洪县降氟改水防制地氟病现状,观察其防治效果、同时探讨水氟及地氟病病情在自然条件下的变化趋势。方法对该县所有降氟改水工程进行现场系统调查,并选择曹庙乡瓦庙村作为疾病监测点,进行水氟、人群尿氟、氟斑牙定期监测。结果至2009年,该县已落实降氟改水措施128个,病区改水率74.41%,人口受益率71.47%;监测点在改水前饮用水氟、人群尿氟、氟斑牙患病率始终处于较高水平,而改水后饮用水氟、人群尿氟、氟斑牙患病率显著下降。结论目前,泗洪县已基本控制地氟病中、重病区氟危害,但也暴露了改水工程质量及管理上存在的问题,加强对改水工程的管理,确保正常运行是巩固该县地氟病防制成果的关键。 [ Objective ] To know the control situation of endemic fluorosis by water defluorination, observe its control effect, and explore the change trend of water fluoride and endemic fluorosis under the natural condition. [ Methods ] The field systematic investigation was performed on all water defluorination projects in this county. Wamiao village of Caomiao township was chosen as the disease surveillance point, the water fluoride, urinary fluoride level and prevalence of dental fluorosis were monitored regularly. [ Results ] 128 water defluorination projects had been implemented in this county until 2009, the water improvement rate in the fluorosis areas was 74.41%, and the benefit rate of the residents was 71.47%. The fluoride concentration of drinking water, water fluoride of population and prevalence of dental fluorosis stayed at high level before water defluorination, which decreased significantly after water defluorination. [ Conclusion ] At present, the hazard of fluorine in moderate and severe fluorosis area had been controlled in Sihong County, but there existed some problems in quality and management of Water defluorination project. To improve the management of the water defluorination project and ensure the normal Operation were the keys for consolidating the achievement of endemic fluorosis control in this county.
