摘要
以增安型同步电动机的定子机架为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS,对其各种工况进行强度和变形分析。在满足刚度与强度设计要求下,以机架的总重量最小为优化目标,优化后的机架重量比原设计减少10%。
It is analyzed the intensity and denaturalization under the different types of operating conditions, taking an stator frame of increased safe synchronous motor as the subject investigated, utilizing finite element software - ANSYS. In premis of no change for the rigidity and intensity of the material used, the optimization objective is to minimize the total weight for the frame. As result, it is about 10% of total weight decreased compared to those of original design.
