摘要
对教师责任的伦理性质进行探究,实际上是追问教师责任究竟是何种责任。从本质上讲,教师行为应该是一种以自由意志为前提,由个人美德和责任能力共同决定的伦理责任行为,所以教师的伦理责任超越于其道德责任。教师责任的伦理性质就是从道德哲学的角度审视教师行为的伦理内涵,将作为人性的善与恶通过建立具有伦理性质的教师行业制度和规约制度,对教师这一社会职业行为与特殊责任予以约束,以激发教师的"教育良知",由"教化权力"转变为"同意权利",实现制度伦理化的教育。
To explore the ethical nature of teachers' responsibilities is, in fact, to question what the teachers' responsibilities are. In essence, teachers' behavior is a kind of ethical responsibility behavior which is based on their free will and decided by personal virtue, responsibility and ability, so teachers' ethical responsibility exceeds their moral responsibility. Therefore, the ethical nature of teachers' responsibilities is to review the ethical connotation of teachers' behavior from the perspective of moral philosophy, to use the good and evil as the human nature to bind teachers' professional behaviors and special responsibilities through the establishment of professional system and statute system bearing the ethical nature, in order to stimulate the teachers' "education conscience" to transform from "moralizing authority" to "approval right", thus realize the education of system ethics.
