老年股骨颈骨折患者深静脉血栓的预防 被引量:9

摘要 目的评估老年股骨颈骨折患者深静脉血栓形成的综合预防措施。方法按深静脉血栓形成高危因素对50例老年股骨颈骨折患者进行分别评估,并实施相应的综合预防措施,观察深静脉血栓形成的症状和体征,评价综合预防措施对预防老年股骨颈患者深静脉血栓形成的作用。结果老年股骨颈骨折患者应用综合预防措施后,未发现下肢深静脉血栓形成的病例。结论采取综合预防措施,对预防老年股骨颈骨折患者深静脉血栓形成有积极意义。 Objective To evaluate the integrated measures preventing the deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after fracture of the femoral neck in the aged. Methods Assess 50 older patients with fracture of the femoral neck according to the risk factors of the DVT and take the integrated measures for prevention correspondingly. Observe the symptoms and signs of the DVT and evaluate the prevented effect of the integrated measures on the DVT after fracture of the femoral neck in the aged. Results No patient with fracture of the femoral neck has developed the DVT after taking integrated measures for prevention. Conclusions It is positive significant to take integrated measures for preventing DVT in the older patients with fracture of the femoral neck.
