摘要
金陵石化公司炼油厂引进的加氢裂化装置中的HC-F、HC-16及HC-B催化剂,经过610天的断续运转后,成功地进行了器内再生.再生后的催化剂的活性得到了满意的恢复.文中详细叙述了再生的流程、操作方法和工艺条件,以及再生过程中出现的一些问题及对应措施.再生期间采用碱中和及碱液循环来控制设备腐蚀和污染,并用腐蚀挂片和腐蚀探针两种方法对各设备不同部位的腐蚀速率进行了监测,证明再生期间的腐蚀是很轻微的.
The HC-F,HC-16 and HC-B catalysts in the imported Unicracking unit was successfully regenerated in-situ after 610 days on stream.The activity of the catalysts is successfully recovered after regeneration and sulfiding.The flow diagram,operation procedures and conditions of regeneration are described in detail along with some phenomena occured during regeneration and measures to cope them.Alkaline neutralization and alkaline circulation were adopted to control equipment corrosion and pollution with hanging strips and resistance probes to monitor the corrosion rates at different locations in equipments,indicating that the corrosion is in general minimal.
