摘要
齐鲁石化公司炼油厂加氢精制装置改造为缓和加氢裂化工业试验装置后,在总压7.85MPa的条件下,年加工胜利VGO22×10~4t,可以得到优质的裂解原料油60.1m%,同时得到15.88m%的优质石脑油,21.2m%的轻柴油;氢耗量为117Nm^3/t原料油.本文还简述了加氢精制装置改造为MHC装置的工程内容,并对MHC开工过程和经济效益等进行了简要说明.
A commercial unit for testing the MHC process with a feed capacity of 22×10~4 tons of Shengli VGO per year has been rebuilt on the basis of a hydrotreating unit under construction in the refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company.Under a total pressure of 7.85 MPa,high-quality products,i.e.60.1%(wt)of pyrolysis feedstock for ethylene production,15.9% of naphtha and 21.2% of light diesel fuel are obtained.The hydrogen consumption is about 117 Nm^3 per ton.The modification of the hydrotreating unit into 9 MHC units,as well as the starting up is briefly described.The economical benefit of the MHC unit is also presented.
