摘要
在石油深度加工中若只采用催化裂化工艺加工蜡油,将出现柴油/汽油比低、喷气燃料量不多和高辛烷值汽油少等矛盾.如果采用中压加氢裂化工艺加工轻蜡油,重蜡油由催化裂化加工的联合加工方案,发挥各种加工工艺的特点,则不汉上述矛盾可以得到解决,而且由于中压加氢裂化的投资和加工费比高压加氢裂化少得多,故联合加工方案的技术经济效益与单用催化裂化时基本相同,某些情况下,前者还优于后者.
When only FCC process is used in a refinery for the upgrading of vacuum gas oil(VGO),problems such as low diesel fuel/gasoline ratio and low jet fuel and high octane gasoline yields will occur.These problems can be alleviated if medium pressure hydrocracking(MPHC)and FCC are used in combination with the former processing the lighter VGO and the latter processing the heavier VGO.The profitability of the combination process is equivalent and sometimes better than of FCC alone.
