摘要
我国对方言的保护在宪法和法律中都有明确规定。国家对于公民方言权的保护,不只是体现在对公民权利的尊重,同时还应为公民使用和发展方言创造良好的条件。
Protection of the right of dialects is part of human rights protection. There are specific stipulations concerning the protection of dialects in China＇s current constitution and laws. Protection of the citizens＇ right of dialects by the state not only shows in its respect to the citizens＇ rights, but also creates good conditions for the citizens to use an develop their dialects.
