停止向热网循环水补充除盐水的经验

摘要 通过生产实践论证了凝汽式汽轮发电机组低真空运行供热采暖,开路循环供热采暖时热网补充除盐水及工业水,其水质控制指标比夏季闭路冷凝发电时的水质好,但仍然存在着一些问题.采用闭路循环采暖供热只补充工业水,水质还不如补充除盐水时好,但由于运行方式不同而取得了长周期、安全地运行,经济效益显著.这一经验可供集中供热的单位作为循环水处理方面的参考. Commercial practice has verified that the controlled water quality for open-circuit cycle heating system with desalted water and industrial water as thermoelectric network supplementary water is better than that for close-circuit cycle heating system when the condensing turbine is in low vacuum operation during the summer season.However,some problems still exist.The water quality for close-circuit cycle heating system with only industrial water as supplementary water is poorer than that with desalted water.Yet long period and safety runs have been achieved with different modes of operation.This experience may be helpful to outfits with centralized heating system.
