T3、T4交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症

摘要
原发性手汗症是指不受外界温度影响的手部汗腺异常分泌亢进的状态。Kux于20世纪50年代首创胸交感神经链切断术治疗手汗症取得成功，近年来随着胸腔镜技术的发展，胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术成为一种微创，便捷，安全的手术得以推广。
