摘要
我国第一套炼油型2×10~4t/a MTBE工业装置于1989年6月在上海高桥石油化工公司炼油厂一次试车开工,并与下游HF烷基化装置联合投产成功,保持了长周期平稳操作.经考核标定确认:MTBE产品纯度98.0%～99.3%,未反应C_4中含氧化合物杂质MTBE小于10ppm,甲醇小于10～20ppm,DME小于100ppm,异丁烯转化率大于95%,对MTBE的选择性大于99%,主要技术指标与国外同类装置水平相当.本文介绍MTBE装置的设计、工业运转及工程经验.
The first commercial MTBE unit with a capacity of 20,000 tons/year for refinery application was successfully put on stream in June, 1989,in shanghai Refinery of Gaoqiao Petrochamical Company and has been in smooth operation along with the downstream HF alkylation unit. Results of data run indicated that the following targets has been attained; product MTBE purity,98.0%～99.3%; oxygen-containing contaminants in unreacted C_4 stream,MTBE<10ppm, MeOH<10～25ppm and DME<100ppm; conversion of isobutylene 95%;selectivity for MTBE>99%.The main technical items of this unit are equivalent to those of compatible foreign units. The design features and engineering and operation experiences of this unit are discussed.
