苎麻叶中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺研究 被引量:15

摘要 首次以"华苎4号"苎麻叶为原料,采用乙醇加热回流法提取苎麻叶中的黄酮类化合物。在乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度及提取次数五个单因素实验的基础上,利用正交设计对实验进行优化。结果表明,此法的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶60,提取时间1.5h,提取温度80℃,验证实验结果显示,在此工艺条件下,华苎4号苎麻叶黄酮得率为3.76%,并在此工艺条件下测定了不同品种苎麻叶的黄酮得率,其中,以"芦竹青"黄酮得率最高,为6.62%;"华苎5号"黄酮得率最低,仅为2.74%。 In this paper, fiavonoids was extracted from leaves of "Huazhu 4" Ramie with ethanol.The extraction condition was optimized by orthogonal experiment on five simple factors such as ethanol concentration,the ratio of liquid to solid, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction times.The optimum condition were as follows: ethanol concentration was 60% ,the ratio of liquid to solid was 1:60, extraction time was 1.5 h, extraction temperature was 80℃. Under the optimized condition, the extraction rate of flavonoids of leaves of "Huazhu 4" was 3.?6%. Under the method the flavonoids extraction rate of different varieties of ramie leaves were measured, the results showed that the highest flavonoids yield variety was "Luzhuqing", which was 6.62%, the lowest was "Huazhu 5", which was 2.74%.
