摘要
以酒精酵母为原料,以水为提取剂提取海藻糖,提取液用活性炭脱色,阴阳离子交换树脂脱色除杂、浓缩、结晶制得海藻糖晶体。通过实验得到最佳脱色条件为:活性炭添加量为0.5%,脱色温度为65℃,脱色时间为20min,脱色pH为5.0;阴阳离子交换树脂除杂效果明显,去离子率和脱色率分别为99.43%和61.4%;得到的海藻糖成品纯度为99.3%。
Crystal trehalose was obtained from alcohol Yeast,which was extracted by water, and the decolourization and desaltification were studied by using active carbon, anion and cation exchange resin respectively. Results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: active carbon dosage at 0.5%, decolorization at 65℃ for 20min,pH at 5.0.The effect was obvious through both anion and cation exchange, desalination and decolorization rates was up to 99.43% ,61.4%.And the purity of trehalose finished product was 99.3%.
