花椒总黄酮测定方法研究 被引量:22

摘要 通过紫外扫描比较了芦丁和花椒提取物在硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠和三氯化铝法两种显色体系条件下的吸收特性,结果表明,硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠显色法更适合花椒中黄酮含量的测定。硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠法线性方程y=12.275x-0.0001,芦丁浓度在0.00~0.06mg/mL范围内,浓度和吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9997,测定的平均回收率为98.86%。并测定了不同品种花椒中黄酮类化合物的含量。该方法简便、快速、准确,适合作为花椒中总黄酮含量测定的主要方法,也可以用于花椒提取物质量控制。 The absorption characteristics of the rutin and Zanthoxylum extract in two chromogenic systems (Al( NO3 )3-NaNO2 chromogenic system and AlCl3 chromogenic system)by UV-Vis scanning method.The results showed that the Al ( NO3 ) 3- NANO2 chromogenic system was suitable to detect total flavonoids in Zanthoxylum. Linear equation of At ( NO3 )3-NaNO2 was y = 12.275x-0.0001 ( R^2 = 0.9997), the recovery of standard addition was 98.86%.The concentration of the Zanthoxylum from different areas was detected using this method. This method was easy to operate,fast and accurate,and it was suitable to detect the total flavonoids in Zanthoxylum.lt could also be used on quality control of the Zanthoxylum extract.
