NEW DEVELOPMENT IN LABORATORY TESTING METHOD FOR EVALUATING SLUDGE FORMATION IN ADVANCED GASOLINE ENGINES

摘要 本文叙述发动机油泥生成及其影响因素,重点介绍汽油机油MS VE程序研究过程,考察各试验参数对油泥生成的影响.指出燃料组成、发动机负荷、空燃比、冷却液和机油温度以及试验时间是影响油泥生成的重要因素. The sludge formation in gasoline engines as well as its affecting factors are reviewed with emphasis on the development of gasoline engine oil MS VE procedure. Investigations on the effects of various experimental parameters indicate that fuel composition, engine load, air/fuel ratio, temperatures of coolant and oil, and testing time significantly affect the sludge formation.
