摘要
选取水、3%(w/v)乙酸水溶液、10%(v/v)乙醇水溶液和正己烷作为食品模拟物,采用液相色谱法测定邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯二酚在食品模拟物中的含量。水基食品模拟物可以直接进样分析,正己烷食品模拟物经萃取后进样。邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯二酚在水基模拟物中的线性范围为0.5~100mg/L,方法回收率在87.3%~102.1%,相对标准偏差小于6%;在正己烷模拟物中的线性范围为0.5~50mg/L,方法回收率在96.4%~116.5%,相对标准偏差小于6%。该方法分离效果良好,操作简便,回收率和精密度符合要求,结果可靠。
The migration of 1, 2- dihydroxybenzene, 1, 3 - dihydroxybenzene and 1, 4- dihydroxybenzene in food simulants,water,3% w/v aqueous acetic acid, 10% v/v aqueous ethanol and n-hexane,were measured with high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC).The compounds in aqueous food simulants were determined directly, and those in n- hexane food simulant were determined after extracted with distilled water.The linear range of calibration curves in aqueous food simulants were 0.5-100mg/L,the conversion rates were 87.3%-102.1% and the RSD 〈6%.The linear range of calibration curves in n-hexane food simulants were 0.5-50mg/L,the conversion rates were 96.4%-116.5% and the RSD 〈6%.
