摘要
电化学酶免疫传感器是一种标记型的免疫传感器,它结合了酶的放大作用和免疫传感器的灵敏度及特异性,是近几年来研究最多、发展最快,应用最广的一种免疫传感器。本文综述了电化学酶免疫传感器的特点及其在食品安全领域(包括食源性致病菌、生物毒素、药物残留等)的研究应用进展,并且对酶免疫传感器的发展前景进行了展望。
Electrochemical enzyme-linked immunosensor (EELS) is a marker of immune-type sensor, It is a combination of enzyme amplification and the sensitivity and specificity of the immunesensors. It is the most fully studied in recent years,the fastest growing,most widely used immunesensor.This paper reviewed the characteristics of the EElS and its research and application progress in the field of food safety(including food-borne pathogens, biological toxins, drug residues, etc.),and looked forward to the future development of enzyme EELS.
