摘要
本文考察了以有机镍络合物和二氯乙基铝作催化剂,均相催化丙烯齐聚联产壬烯(即丙烯三聚体)的可能性.实验结果表明,在一定的反应条件下,丙烯转化率超过90%,从齐聚产物中可获得含量为30~35%的壬烯.通过对催化剂Al/Ni(原子比),镍浓度、反应温度和反应时间的考察,确定的多产丙烯三聚体的反应条件是:Al/Ni为150~250;镍浓度大于15ppm;反应温度大于30℃;反应时间大于30min.文中提供的数据对该均相催化丙烯齐聚工艺的工业化,具有参考价值.
The oligomerization of propylene to trimers in the presence of R_2Ni/C_2H_5-AlCl_2 catalyst was investigeted.The experiment results indicated that the propylene C_3H conversion exceeds 90% and the selectivity to trimers in propylene oligomers is 30~35% under certain reaction conditions.In order to increase the yield of trimers,the effects of Al/Ni,Ni^(2+) content,reaction temperature and reaction time on this process were tested and the optimum conditions were determined.This work will be useful to the commercialization of this propylene oligomerization process.
