Bmi-1在膀胱移行细胞癌组织的表达及与p16 INK4a和p14 ARF的关系 被引量:5

摘要 膀胱癌的发生与癌基因的激活与抑癌基因的失活有关。B细胞特异性莫洛尼白血病病毒插入位点1(Bmi-1)基因过度表达可引起细胞的转化和肿瘤的形成。我们通过检测膀胱癌组织和癌旁组织中Bmi-1、p16 INK4a和p14 ARF。基因表达情况,探讨Bmi-1表达与膀胱癌临床分期和病理分级的关系及其与p16 INK4a和p14 ARF的关系。
