铝盐吸附剂盐湖卤水提锂的研究现状及展望 被引量:17

摘要 随着金属锂及其化合物在材料、新能源等诸多领域的广泛应用,其需求量越来越大,传统的锂矿石提锂已不能满足市场的需求。中国是一个盐湖卤水锂资源非常丰富的国家,因此如何开发盐湖卤水锂资源就变得越来越重要。铝盐吸附剂对锂离子选择性高,吸附容量大且对环境友好,吸附法被认为是目前最具工业应用前景的盐湖卤水提锂方法。重点介绍了中国盐湖卤水锂资源的情况以及铝盐吸附剂盐湖卤水提锂的吸附机理、制备方法、研究进展以及存在的问题。最后指出造粒成膜技术是铝盐吸附剂工业化亟需解决的关键问题,并对中国盐湖卤水锂资源的开发提出了建议。 With the increasing application of lithium and its compounds in material,new energy,and other fields,demand for them is growing fast.Traditional extraction of lithium from lithium ore has no longer met the demand of market.China is rich in salt lake lithium resources,so how to extract lithium from salt lake brine is becoming more and more important.Aluminium salt-based sorbent is considered as the most promising technology for extraction of lithium from salt lake brine on account of its high selectivity,high capacity of adsorption for Li+,and environment-friendly.Lithium resources of salt lake in China,Absorption mechanism,synthesis method,current research status,and the existing problems on extraction of lithium by aluminium salt-based sorbent from salt lake brine were emphatically introduced.At last,the technology of making granulation and membrane as the key factor for industrialization of aluminium salt-based sorbent was pointed out and suggestions for exploitation of lithium resources from salt lake brine in China were also made.
