低品位氧化铜矿制备硫酸铜的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用运城周边地区储量丰富、廉价的氧化铜矿,经过酸浸、除杂、化学浓缩等一系列过程,将其制备成用途广、产品附加值高的硫酸铜,其工艺条件:氧化时间为1 h;除铁时pH=4.0,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为2 h;沉铜时反应温度为60℃,反应时间为1 h;蒸发终点密度为1.38 g/cm3。整个生产工艺成熟、简单,均为基本的化工单元操作。其生产成本低、利润高、效益好,使运城地区氧化铜矿得到合理的开发利用,是一个值得发展的项目。 Abundant and cheap copper oxide ores in Yuncheng surrounding areas were utilized to prepare widely-used and high value-added copper sulfate product through a series of steps,such as acid leaching,impurity removal,and chemical concentration.Technological conditions were as follows:oxidation time was 1 h;when removing iron,pH of solution was 4.0,reaction temperature was 70 ℃,and reaction time was 2 h;when copper precipitation,reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and reaction time was 1 h;and the density at the end evaporating point was 1.38 g/cm3.Entire production process was mature,simple and all the basic unit operations of chemical industry.It is a worthwhile development project because it has low production cost,high profit,and good benefit as well as it makes a good way for reasonable development and utilization of copper oxide ores in Yuncheng surroundings.
