利用硼泥制备碱式硫酸镁晶须的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以硫酸为浸取剂采用规模放大的池浸法对硼泥中的镁元素进行提取,并利用氢氧化钠为沉淀剂制备碱式硫酸镁晶须。研究池浸法提取硼泥中镁元素的最佳工艺,考察制备条件对碱式硫酸镁晶须形貌的影响,利用ICP,IR,XRD,SEM等对产物进行表征。实验得出池浸法提取硼泥中镁元素的关键参数:浸取剂硫酸用量为理论量的110%,浸取时间为4~5 d。以硼泥中提取的硫酸镁为原料,在反应料浆中硫酸镁浓度为0.3 mol/L,物料配比n(硫酸镁)∶n(氢氧化钠)=3∶2,反应温度为160℃,反应时间为6 h条件下制备了直径约1μm,长50~80μm的碱式硫酸镁晶须[5Mg(OH)2.MgSO4.2H2O]。 Magnesium in boron slurry was recovered with sulfuric acid as leaching solvent via a magnified scale pondleaching method. And using sodium hydroxide as precipitant, basic magnesium sulfate [ 5Mg(OH)2·MgSO4 · 2H2O ] whiskers were synthesized. Optimal conditions of leaching magnesium from boron slurry by pond Leaching method and the effects of preparation conditions on the morphology of basic magnesium sulfate whiskers were researched. Prepared samples were characterized by ICP, IR, X - ray diffraction ( XRD), and scan electron microscope ( SEM ) etc.. Key factors of leac- hing magnesium were obtained through experiments,i, e. amount of sulfuric acid was 110% of the theoretical value and re- action time was at 4 -5 d. Using the obtained magnesium sulfate as raw material,basic magnesium sulfate whiskers with a diameter of about 1 μm and a length of 50 - 80 μm were synthesized under the conditions of: concentration of magnesium sulfate in reacting slurry was 0.3 mol/L, ratio of magnesium sulfate to sodium hydroxide was 3 : 2, reacting temperature was 160 ℃ ,and reacting time was 6 h.
