After a major economic and financial crisis, we are always facing many uncertain economic and financial factors. It is very important to analyze these uncertain factors and look for the path through which economy can come back to sta- ble, balanced and sustainable development. During the post-crisis period, complex economic environment at home and abroad had a major impact on the development of Guangdong Province＇s foreign trade. European sovereign debt crisis, the domestic deep-seated economic contradictions and the task of economic transformation which Guangdong is facing are the most important factors of the development of its foreign trade.
