摘要
采用GC/MS技术分析了6个白肋烟品种Ky14,Ky8959,B21,B37,建选3号和Bx2003的完全双列杂交组合第12与18叶位烟叶香气物质含量及其遗传规律。结果表明,从白肋烟烟叶中共分离检测出香气成分31种,其中以新植二烯含量最高。遗传模型分析表明,第12和18叶位的狭义遗传率范围分别为0.07~0.28和0.05~0.54;广义遗传率范围分别为0.46~0.87和0.66~0.82,表明白肋烟烟叶各类型香气成分含量的表型变异主要受遗传背景的控制。白肋烟烟叶各类型香气成分含量的遗传变异主要由显性效应、母本效应、父本效应控制,亲本基因型加性效应对烟叶香气物质含量几乎没有影响。因此,可以充分利用杂种优势来选育高香气量的杂交组合。
With the full diallel crossing combination of burley tobacco varieties Ky14,Ky8959,B21,B37,Jianxuan 3 and Bx2003,the aroma component contents in leaves from 12th and 18th stalk positions were determined with GC/MS and genetically analyzed.The results showed that 31 aroma components were isolated and detected,of them neophytadiene content was the highest.The results of genetic model analysis showed that the narrow sense heritability of aroma component contents in the leaves from 12th and 18th stalk positions ranged from 0.07 to 0.28 and from 0.05 to 0.54,respectively,and their broad sense heritability ranged from 0.46 to 0.87 and from 0.66 to 0.82,respectively,it indicated that the phenotypic variation of aroma component contents in burley tobacco was mainly controlled by genetic background and the genetic variation was mainly controlled by dominance effect,maternal effect and paternal effect,while parent genotype additive effect had little effect on aroma component contents.Therefore,it is available to breed the cross combination with higher aromatic contents based on heterosis.
