摘要
对埋藏金属微粒的复合介质,利用Drude介电理论和等效媒质理论计算了复合介质的介电函数,在此基础上对该复合介质与电介质组成的多层膜体系的光学特性进行了理论计算,讨论了金属微粒的体积分数、复合介质厚度和周期层数对多层膜的光学吸收率的影响。
Dielectric function and optical constant of small metal particles embedded composite werecalculated using Drude theory and effective medium theory and taking the classical size effect of met-al particles into consideration. Reflectance and absorptance of MC/dielectric multilayers were acquiredand the effects of sublayer thickness, periodic layer number and metal volume fraction on theabsorptance were discussed.
