高效镀镍次级光亮剂HITD的电化学评估

Electrochemical Evaluation of high Efficient Brightener Ⅱ-HITD Brightener in Nickel Electroplating Bath

利用旋转圆盘电极上的循环伏安溶出法研究了高效镀镍次级光亮剂ＨＩＴＤ的整平能力。结果表明，ＨＩＴＤ的整平能力明显优于丁炔二醇，与德８１－Ａ，Ｂ相比较很接近。使用电流密度对其整平能力有很大影响。

Analyses the leveling power of HITD nickel brightening agents with CVS method. The results showthat the leveling power of HITD is evidently superior to that of butyndiol and close to that of 81-A, Bbrighteners of BASF Co. The employed current density has great effect on the leveling power of HITD.
