摘要
针对采用混凝土加强的钢制爆炸容器开展研究,采用未加强钢筒和混凝土加强钢筒在不同药量下的对比化爆试验,试验结果表明,在混凝土加强作用下,钢筒的径向变形减小,其抗爆能力比未加强钢筒有明显提高;分析了钢筒和混凝土吸收的比冲量的比值,用该比值对混凝土的加强效果进行了合理的评估。通过对混凝土加强钢筒化爆试验结果的分析评估,为混凝土加强的爆炸容器结构力学设计和抗爆性能评估提供了技术支持。
In order to research concrete reinforced technology of the cylindrical Explosion Containment Vessel(EVC),a contrast experiment had been made using EVC reinforce of concrete and without.The result of the experiment shows that antiknock performance of concrete reinforced EVC was obviously enhanced.The reinforced effect of concrete upon EVC was evaluated by the ratio of the specific impulse of EVC to concrete.The above research provided technical support to design of structural mechanics and evaluation of antiknock performance of EVC reinforced by concrete.
