摘要
本工作的目的在于利用废油剖析技术对MS程序ⅢD、VD和野外行车后的废机油进行剖析,并就红外光谱和铁谱分析数据讨论该油的物化性质的变化.试验中最为重要的因素为汽油机油不断降解的曲线,如抑制氧化潜力、高温、低温的硝化深度,控制衰败潜力以及活塞环-汽缸套磨损动态等曲线.利用使用过程中所产生的各污染物的不同生成速率的相关值,以其曲线的"拐点"或走向可得知不少机油的老化衰败的作用机理.此技术也可把丰田和尼桑轿车在运行中所发生的润滑情况区分开来.在机油老化衰败规律基础上建立一套用作评定汽油机油使用性能的评定手段的中国式MS程序并非不可能.
This work intends to utilize the used engine oil analyses technique for oils from sequence ⅢD& VD and field tests and to discuss the application of infrared spectroscopy and ferrography in studying the chemical and physical changes of used gasoline engine oils,some of the most influential factors in testing are:oxidation inhibition capability,nitration severity at elevated/low temperatures,deterioration controlling capability,and dynamic wearing of ring-lines zones represented by progressive degradation curves for automotive oils.By using the correlation between different rates of formation of contaminants in service,the shapes or turning points of the curves reveal a series of deterioration mechanism.This technique can discriminate between what happens to the Toyota and Nissan cars in running.As an assessment means to measure the gasoline oil performance,it is not impossible to esta-blsh a domastic MS sequence procedure based upon the concerned deterioration rules.
