摘要
对素混凝土(C)和钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土(HFRC)两种材料进行了弯曲疲劳试验,同时在试件底部粘贴应变片,通过应变动态采集仪采集试件的应变值。将两种材料的疲劳试验结果进行对比,并分析在不同应力水平时循环荷载作用下的应变-疲劳寿命曲线,研究HFRC新材料的耐疲劳性能。通过回归分析进行材料的疲劳寿命威布尔(Weibull)分布拟合检验,建立工程中常用的双对数形式的疲劳方程。为HFRC在工程中的应用提供理论依据。
The flexural fatigue experiments of plain concrete(C)and Steel-Polypropylene Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Concrete(HFRC)were carried out to study flexural fatigue performance.At the same time we pasted the strain gauge on the bottom of the specimen,strain collected by dynamic acquisition instrument.Compare the results of fatigue experiment and analyze strain-fatigue life curves at different stress levels to study flexural fatigue performance of HFRC.Regression analysis was applied to examine Weibull Distribution of fatigue life.Fatigue equation was established,which was double logarithmic form used in engineering commonly.The paper provides theoretical basis of HFRC for engineering in application.
