摘要
采用高效凝胶排阻色谱法测定大豆多肽保健品的肽相对分子质量分布。通过优化标准物质的选择和流动相组成比例等测定条件,考察方法的日内和日间精密度。以相对分子质量标准物质制作标准曲线,对大豆多肽中100~1000分子量范围的多肽分布进行了测定,测定结果的扩展不确定度为9.2,测量结果可表示为(63.3±9.2)%。
Molecular distribution of soybean peptide is determined by high performance size exclusion chromatography. The experiment conditions including choice of reference material, ratio of mobile phase, detection wavelength are optimized and the within-day precision and day to day precision are investigated. The peptide and protein molecular weight reference materials are used to establish standard curve and the 100 - 1000 peptide molecular weight distribution of soybean peptide is determined. The expanded uncertainty is 9.2, the measurement result can be expressed: (63.3 ± 9.2)%.
