本文综述了己酮可可碱在哺乳动物辅助生殖技术方面的应用情况,阐述了己酮可可碱在精子细胞浆内注射、人工授精、体外处理精液和口服使用对生殖细胞的改善作用等方面的应用情况,并概述了己酮可可碱对生殖细胞可能产生的毒性作用。
The application of pentoxifylline in Assisted Reproductive Technology of mammal were reviewed.The roles of pentoxifylline in ICSI,artificial insemination（AI） dealing sperm in vitro and improving the germ cell by oral administration were outlined.Lastly,summarized the possible toxic action of pentoxifylline on germ cell.
