摘要
对美国建筑工程质量法规形成及其主要内容进行了阐述和分析,对照我国建筑工程设计和施工图审查质量管理工作实际,就如何进一步完善我国现行工程设计和施工图审查法律法规及责任体系的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的建议。
Based on the formation of the United States the quality of construction regulations, mainly the elaboration and analysis, control our building design and working drawing examination review of the practice, suggestions on to further improve our existing design and construction plans review system of laws, regulations and responsibilities are put forward.
