摘要
本文涉及石油化工生产过程的模拟与优化,介绍了“装置模拟与优化”调优法.该方法在研究反应机理、动力学以及反应过程中的传质、传热规律基础上,建立较精确的生产过程数学模型,在对生产过程进行模拟与优化的基础上,制定调优方案,实施对石油化工生产过程的调优.作者应用此法对几套石油化工生产过程进行了调优,均已取得了明显的经济效益.
This article deals with the simulation and optimization of petro-chemical processes. The evolutionary operation method called 'plant simulation and optimization'is presented. This method is based on the study of reaction mechanism, reaction kinetics, mass and heat transfer during the reactions.According to the method, a more precise mathematical model that well fits the actual processes is firstly established. Then, process simulation and optimization are accomplished by using the established model. Finally a optimal strategy for operation conditions is developed. The method has been applied to several petro-chemical processes, resulting in significant gaining in profit.
