摘要
针对目前较普遍的现浇混凝土楼板裂缝问题,通过调研论证等方式总结出造成目前楼板开裂的主要原因是,预拌混凝土中大量掺加粉煤灰、模板支撑体系刚度及套数不足、板面上荷过早,并针对上述原因制订出了相应的裂缝控制措施。实践证明,所采取的裂缝控制措施具有较强的可行性和有效性。
Crack on cast-in-place concrete floor is currently a common problem to be solved. In this paper, three main causes of crack on cast-in-place concrete floor were summarized : ( 1 )powder and coal ash was added to the prepare-mixed concrete; ( 2 ) stiffness and quantity of template support system was not enough;( 3 )Burden on the floor was too early. Aiming at the above causes, corresponding control measures were established to manage the crack on cast-in-place concrete floor. These control measures have been proved to be feasible and useful in practice.
