小直径环氧树脂涂层钢筋与混凝土粘结强度的分析 被引量:1

摘要 环氧涂层钢筋表面光滑,致使其粘结强度降低,但在实际检测试验中发现,部分小直径的环氧树脂涂层带肋钢筋和无涂层钢筋的粘结强度之比大于1。针对这种情况,通过对涂层钢筋不同部位涂层厚度的测量,得出涂层改变了钢筋的直径、肋形,改变了涂层钢筋与混凝土的受力情况,有利于粘结强度的提高,而且钢筋直径越小,这种影响越明显。 Because of smooth surface of epoxy coated on reinforcing steel made it has lower friction drag with cement. During the testing experiment, however, we found the adhesive strength ratio between some small-diameter epoxy coated ribbed reinforcing steel and uncoated reinforcing steel is more than 1, Through measuring the layer thickness on varying parts of coated reinforcing steel, the layer is deemed to change the diameter and rib shape of reinforcing steel, the force between the coated reinforcing steel and concrete was changed. This contributes to heighten the adhesive strength, and increases the adhesive strength ratio between coated reinforcing steel and uncoated reinforcing steel. The smaller the diameter of reinforcing steel, the more obvious the influence becomes.
