水平井精细地质建模及数值模拟技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 萨北油田开发至今已进入特高含水期,尤其是厚油层顶部剩余油挖潜成为难以攻克的难题,利用水平井开采已成为该项难题的有效技术手段,现已逐步得到应用。文中利用厚层精细地质建模、夹层粗化、近井模型和多段井描述等相关技术,实现水平井三维地质建模及数值模拟一体化研究,并完善水平井多学科研究技术流程。通过对北部过渡带B5-8-A53水平井的数值模拟分析,优选出该水平井下泵时机、井日产液量和生产压差。研究结果表明,下泵时含水率为10%左右、合理产液量为50 t·d-1、合理生产压差保持在2.0 MPa以下时,开发效果最为理想。 The development of Sabei Oilfield has been at the ultra-high water cut stage.It is very difficult to tap the potential of remaining oil in the top of thick oil zone.As an effective technical method for solving this problem,the exploitation with horizontal well has been in using.This paper used the related technologies,such as detailed geological modeling in thick zone,interlayer coarsening,near borehole model and multiple well segment description to achieve the integrative researches of three-dimensional geological modeling and numerical simulation for horizontal well,and to improve the technology process of multi-disciplinary research for horizontal well.Through the numerical simulation analysis of Horizontal Well B5-8-A53 in the northern transitional zone,the pumping time,fluid production rate and producing pressure difference of horizontal well were selected.The studies show that the most ideal development result can be obtained when the water cut is about 10%,the proper fluid production rate is 50 t/d and the reasonable producing pressure difference remains to be below 0.2 MPa.
