应用V型非张力跨越网带电更换导地线的方法与实践 被引量:1

摘要 为解决跨越输电线路在架设过程中被跨越线路无法停电或者跨越地点搭建跨越架困难等技术难题,提出了一种应用V型非张力跨越网带电更换导、地线的方法,并研制相应的V型非张力跨越网和走线机。通过跨接在相邻迪尼玛绳上的可调V型跨接单元和底部的滑轮形成1个新旧导、地线更换用的索道,防止因导、地线下垂和施工过程中可能的断裂事故而与下方交叉电力线路接触造成的危险;走线机用于牵引线的布置和拆卸。现场工程实践表明:提出的方法能够高效地完成导、地线的新旧更换,走线机实现了安全高效的非人工走线,节省了施工时间,提高了供电可靠性。 In order to solve such line-crossing difficulties in erecting transmission lines as the crossed on-working transmission line can not be shut down or it is difficult to build the crossing poles,a method is proposed for application of V-type non-tension crossing mesh for live replacement of conductor and ground wire,and the corresponding V-type non-tension crossing mesh and the alignment machine walking on line are developed.A ropeway for replacement of conductor and ground wire is formed by the adjustable V-type crossing unit on Dyneema rope and the bottom pulley to prevent contacting between the on-live line and the erected line due to possible breakage or sag.The alignment machine is utilized to layout and demolition of traction line.Field engineering practices show that the proposed scheme can realize the replacement of conductor and ground wire with high efficiency,and the alignment machine walking on transmission line can work with high reliability,consequently saving the construction time and improving the power supply reliability.
