摘要
随着嘉酒地区风电大规模建设及小水电相继接入电网,嘉酒电网出现了低频振荡的运行稳定性问题。分析了嘉酒电网低频振荡的原因,应用特征值法进行了小干扰稳定性仿真计算,并对酒钢电厂机组电力系统稳定器(power system stabilizer,PSS)功能参数进行了现场试验整定,试验结果验证了PSS功能对系统低频振荡具有很好的抑制作用。
With large-scale grid-integration of wind power and small hydropower in Gansu Jiajiu area,stability problem of low frequency oscillation occurs in the grid.The cause of low frequency oscillation in Gansu Jiajiu power gird is analyzed,and the small-disturbance stability is simulated with the characteristic value analysis method.The function parameters of PSS(power system stabilizer) were tested for the generator unit of Jiajiu Plant and the testing result verified the good capability of PSS for suppressing the low-frequency oscillation of power system.
